the young merlin is stuck in the mortal world with a woman that is thought to be a witch. He is not sure if she is truly his mother or not. He finds himself often picked on by the villagers and he hates them . One day a boy tries to hurt his mother and he shoots flames at him causing the boy to lose his life and merlin to lose his sight.he goes on a bout to a new magical land that has much hidden darkness he finds friendship along with great enemies he even finds a sister and a father he kills his father rids the world of darkness and is entrusted with a very great tool
