Drop in for FREE one-on-one help with Math and Science related assignments--arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, physics, chemistry, ISTEP, and SAT review. For middle school and high school students only. Ages 12-19

- Festival of Ghost Stories in Bryan Park

Jack-o-lanterns and fresh cider set the stage for an evening of live storytelling beneath the stars. A Halloween-time tradition for over 30 years, the Festival of Ghost Stories features haunting tales of ghosts and horror that will tingle the spine. Bring a lawn chair or blanket as seasoned storytellers spin their tales at Bryan Park. Presented by members of the Bloomington Storytellers Guild. Drop in.

- Wind-Powered Lanterns

Create your own wind-powered lantern in this workshop. A glass jar, feather, and some simple electronics are the basic ingredients to make a whimsical light for your porch or garden. Learn the basics of soldering and circuitry and then apply your creativity to design and decorate your lantern.
