Local Resources for Parents
This list
features local agencies with web sites that provide services for parents (and
parents to be). To find other local groups that provide assistance to parents,
do a SUBJECT search in the library catalog for Parenting Community Information.
Please also check the Community Parenting Resources binder in the Parent
Teacher Resource Room. This folder contains flyers, handouts and other print
materials we receive about local services and support groups for parents.

life, FSA provides family counseling, child advocacy, child abuse

An international nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to
providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who
want to breastfeed. The Bloomington organization offers monthly meetings,
