Inherit the wind

Inherit the Wind is actually a theater script. I read it for an audition, otherwise, I doubt that I would have picked the book up at all. I did, in fact, end up enjoying it. It's a fictionalized account of the Scopes "Monkey" Trail, the court case back in the 1920s in which a teacher was tried for teaching evolution to his students. The play was well written and some of the dialog was quite witty and enjoyable.
