Description Griffy Lake Nature Preserve is 1,179 acres off North Dunn Street, with a 109 acre lake. The boathouse is located at 3300 N. Headley Road. Scenic woodlands teem with wild flora and fauna Nature Preserve. Swimming is prohibited in the lake, and to protect wildlife, all dogs must remain leashed while in the preserve. Call Angie Smith at (812) 349-3759 for boathouse information on Weekdays, and the Boathouse phone at (812) 349-3732 for Saturday and Sunday rentals
