This collection contains over 15,000 objects relating to clothing and personal adornment, dating from the late 18th century to the present. Collection is in storage but is open for research.
The Monroe County History Center's permanent and current exhibits remind us of our proud cultural and natural heritage and showcase items from our collection of over 50,000 artifacts -- documents, clothing, tools, furniture, toys, maps and photographs.

The Office of Archives and Records Management at Indiana University Bloomington is a department within the IU Library system. As an archives, the primary mission is to collect, organize, make accessible and preserve records documenting Indiana University's origins and development and the activities and achievements of its officers, faculty, students, alumni and benefactors. The IU Bloomington Archives is the largest and most comprehensive source of information on the history and culture of Indiana University. Admission is free. Hours vary with the university's fall, spring and summer schedule.

The Eiteljorg Museum is the only museum of its kind in the Midwest, and one of only two museums east of the Mississippi that showcase both Native American and Western art, culture and history.
