Description	Southern Indiana Center for Independent Living (SICIL) is a 501 (C) 3 organization which was formally incorporated in the State of Indiana in February, 1996. It is governed by the by-laws, adopted by the Board of Directors, which oversees its operation, and managed by an Executive Director. All Programs, services and activities are designed to facilitate maximum independence for persons with severe disabilities, through efforts that promote empowerment and improvement of the overall quality of life for these individuals and their family members.
