Address Health Professions and Prelaw Center

Bloomington, IN 47405
Description Becoming active in the Prevet Club is a great way to meet other students on our campus who are interested in veterinary medicine, sometimes difficult to find on a campus our size. The club offers excellent opportunities for leadership development, information about the profession, and volunteer opportunities. The executive board members gain professional experience by inviting practicing veterinarians, volunteer coordinators, internship supervisors, and faculty members to speak to the club. They also learn to lead meetings using Roberts Rules of Order with help from the sponsoring advisor in our office. All members share helpful information with each other, including application and interview procedures for various vet programs.
