Description	Twenty-first Century Scholars' mission is to increase high school and college graduation rates among moderate to low-income students living in the state of Indiana. Income-eligible 7th- and 8th-graders that enroll in the program and fulfill a pledge of good citizenship to the state are guaranteed the cost of four years of college tuition at any participating public college or university in Indiana. The Twenty-first Century Scholars award can be applied to an eligible public, private, technical, or proprietary school in Indiana.
