Description	The All Breed Rescue Alliance of South Central Indiana, Inc. (ABRASCI) is a non-profit, all volunteer organization. The Alliance was created in 1998 by six individuals who worked with their respective breed rescue groups dedicated to the rescue of a particular breed of dog. These individuals saw a need in Monroe County to work together, share information and publicize the concept of breed rescue.
