Description
Circles is an intentional way for people to build relationships across class and race lines to end poverty in their communities. A Circle is a supportive, intentional, reciprocal, befriending relationship made up of one Circle Leader who is living in poverty and two to five Circles Allies who usually are from the middle class.
To congregate activists, experts, and scholars to brainstorm, discuss research projects, and exchange ideas in hope of bridging the gulf between disparate academic disciplines and subfields. Topics to be discussed are intended to focus on problems forming the world between now and the next 50 years.
