Description The program assist victims of crime, provides victims with an application for the Violent Crime Compensation Fund for outstanding medical bills along with referrals to counseling services and notifies victims of court dates and answers questions a victim may have about the criminal justice system.

Description Area 10 Agency on Aging administers 2-1-1 Infolink, in partnership with the United Way of Monroe County and Smithville Telephone. Description

The Center for Human Growth was established in 1970 as a counseling center for residents of south central Indiana. Clients include members of the community as well as people associated with Indiana University. The center is staffed by graduate students in the Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology at Indiana University. Each student counselor receives supervision from a faculty member or an advanced graduate student being supervised by a faculty member.

Description South Central Community Action Program, Inc., serves as an advocate, guide, and leader in providing opportunities for the low-income population to obtain services that will help them become self-sufficient. They offer services to income-eligible households throughout a four-county service area including Monroe, Morgan, Brown, and Owen Counties. They also provide energy and weatherization assistance information, help income eligible households with their heat and electric bills, and administer the Summer Cool Program which provides fans to income eligible households.
