Description The Donald E Owens Memorial Lodge 88 membership consists of members representing 12 local law enforcement agencies in Monroe, Brown, Greene and Martin counties. Our primary position is to represent law enforcement in matters of wages and salaries, rights, benefits, work hours, and safety. The lodge is also active with improving the community by making charitable donations to fellow officers in need, youth sport and education programs, disaster/tragedy assistance, and the Special Olympics.

Description They provide community resource information and limited financial help. Also, they collect and distribute donated furniture and appliances to those in need through a voucher system.

St. Vincent de Paul is Catholic led, but is open to all who wish to serve Christ by serving others. In Bloomington, they currently have volunteers from the three local Catholic parishes, St. Charles, St. John's and St. Pauls as well as from St. Thomas Lutheran Church and others.

The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help needy children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation's most valuable natural resources - our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future.
