Description	Positive Link is one of 12 Indiana care coordination sites for people who are living with HIV/AIDS. Based at Bloomington Hospital's Community Health Services, it serves seven counties in south central Indiana: Bartholomew, Brown, Greene, Johnson, Lawrence, Monroe, and Owen.
