Index to 1940 U.S. Census for Indiana is Completed

Our good friends at the Indiana Genealogical Society have just announced that FamilySearch has posted the Indiana portion of the 1940 census index!

These indexes as well as the corresponding images of the census pages are free, part of the 1940 U.S. Census Community Project.
